Is anyone else having a problem with watching new videos on Youtube? I am trying to watch new Markiplier videos on my computer, but all that is coming up on the videos tab is videos I have already seen, videos with Mark in the video, or videos not relating to him at all. Also, when I find a new video and try to watch it, it won't let me. It says the video is unavailable because Restricted Mode is enabled.

It works for me in my PC unless if I'm using my phone because some of the youtube video that it says the same message as you said. It happens sometimes to be honest
